Data we collect

This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. We only receive personal data when you contact us yourself by WhatsApp, phone or email. That data includes your name, contact details and the information and documents you choose to share.

Why we use it

We use your data only to reply to you, provide the services you request and meet our legal obligations. Our legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide our services and then for the periods required by law. Data from contacts that do not lead to a service is deleted within 3 years of our last exchange.

Third-party services

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), subject to its own privacy policy. The Google Maps map on our contact page only loads if you click "Show map". Google may then set cookies.
