Clear answers to your questions.
Here are the questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, ask us directly on WhatsApp.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation by sending us a message on WhatsApp at +33 7 53 90 47 25. Tell us your nationality, where you would like to go and why (work, study, tourism or settling). We will explain your options and the next steps.
Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says they can. Visa and permit decisions are made only by embassies and immigration authorities. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and well prepared, which gives you the best possible chance.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the service, the destination and your situation. We explain all fees and terms clearly during your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to visit your office in Metz?
No. We work with clients all over the world through WhatsApp, phone and email. If you are in France and would like to meet in person, please contact us first to arrange an appointment.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the country, the type of visa or permit and the authorities' processing times. During your consultation we give you a realistic estimate for your specific case.
Which countries do you work with?
We support work permits and job offers in countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, and tourist visas for destinations including Brazil, the Bahamas, South Korea, Serbia, Georgia and Mongolia. See our opportunities page for current offers.
What documents will I need?
Usually a valid passport and documents supporting the purpose of your trip, such as an employment contract, admission letter, proof of funds or invitation. Requirements differ for each country and visa, so we give you a personalised checklist.
Can my family join me later?
Some routes allow family reunion. For example, our Albania job offer includes a possibility of family reunion after one year of proven work. The rules depend on the country, so ask us about your situation.
Can you help me after I arrive in Europe?
Yes. Administrative support for expatriation in Europe is our core activity. This includes residence permit procedures, administrative formalities, housing guidance, bank accounts and registration for health insurance and social security.
